TV Show - Horses Sing None of It (Cablevision)
| If you would like to attend this show then check out the following info.
Cablevision limits the studio audience (it is a small studio.) People can get permission to attend from our Co-Producer, Sandie Reilly reillymagic@yahoo.com "Show format - the atmosphere of the show is relaxed. Viewers have said they feel like the artists are playing for them right in their living room. We mix performance with interview, amiable chat and joking around. It's a half-hour show which means about 27 minutes of actual air-time. The guest(s) usually do 4 to 6 average length numbers on their own, plus a jam session of their choosing at the end. Keep in mind that during this last jam number the director will roll the credits in front of us, and fade out at a predetermined time of which we on the set have only an approximate idea. It's not a good time to do a song which you feel shouldn't be cut off before the end. We tape in real time, as if live, with no opportunity for retakes. If you happen to flub something or break a string, then handle it just like you would a live audience." DIRECTIONS to Cablevision - from NYC: Take Route 80 West to Route 287 South to Route 10 West. Go about 8 - 10 miles and at Dover-Chester Road traffic light take the U-turn jug handle (right hand ramp, left to light, then left at light). Then go back East on Route 10. Cablevision is a short distance on the right (4th building, I think). Please keep in mind that rush hour conditions may prevail on these roads. From Philly: 95N to NJ; Route 31N to Route 202 N to Route 287 N to Route 206 N. Right at stoplight after diner in Chester on Rt. 513 (also known as Rt. 24 but not marked as such). At next light continue straight through on North Road; continue as it turns into Dover-Chester Road. Take a right on Route 10. Cablevision is a short way on right (4th building, I think). Please keep in mind that rush hour conditions may prevail on these roads. BY TRAIN: From Penn Station Manhattan or PATH terminal in Hoboken catch the Erie Lackawanna (NJ Transit) Dover line to Dover (about 60 minutes). Schedule available at www.NJTransit.com. | |||
